Aiming to create a comfortable feeling like being in a cafe, the entire interior utilizes natural wood material. The desk layout is one of a free-form curve that creates a comfortable atmosphere.

The Hybrid architecture that utilizes a reinforced concrete building frame and wood structure. The mullion finishing is concrete filled steel tubes that utilize standardized channel steel.

The curtain wall is a 3m grid structure and the balcony PC colonnade also utilizes a 3m grid. We aimed for a simple and geometric beauty.
