上田教授中心に様々な人々が集い、様々なイベントやワークショップが同時に進む。
このワークショップは、全国の学生が中心となって企画運営されています。プレイフルな環境が人々を変化させる実学がテーマ。技術習得の方向はコミュニケーションやソフトや機会創出、企画に移行しつつあるなと実感します。

セミナーではなくパーティーに変化していく!?
とにかく元気で、笑顔でパワフルです。勇気絞ってついていくのが精一杯ですが時代はそうなるつつあるのかも。新しいことを信じてやる、未来の自分を創造する。いまの時代は無いものから創るのではなく、あるものをどう活かすか、利用する、再生させるかが鍵。新しい価値を創造する追加するなど、やはりコミュニケーション能力や、対話力、(読み取り側の)想像力が必要であるとも考えられる。
信頼環境のチーム作りも必要である。活躍ステージの場所はみんなそれぞれあるので、チャレンジして失敗しながら軌道修正すればいいね。失敗できる環境とは愛のあるコミュニティです。

いまの時代はコミュニティのあり方が変化しつつもあるし、冷めたコミュニティもある。人はみんなに助けられて不完全であるから、お互い感謝しよう！

Various people gathered around Professor Ueda, with various events and workshops making progress simultaneously.
 This workshop is planned and operated mainly by students nationwide. The theme is practical learning in which a playful environment changes people.
You will realize that the course of technology acquisition is shifting to communication, software, opportunity creation and planning. Rather than a seminar, a kind of a party!?
They were always powerful and energetic, and with a smiling.It was hard to keep them on following.
We believe in new things, we are going to create my future self. It is not about creating something that does not exist now.
The key is how to take advantage of something that exists, use it, and reproduce it. We also consider that creating and adding new values, as well as communication skills, persuasiveness, and imagination are necessary.
The times we’re living in are getting like that.  
It is also necessary to build a team in a trustworthy environment.
 Everyone has a place on the stage of activities, so while challenging and failing, you just have to fix your trajectory. An environment where failure is allowed is a community that has love.

Nowadays, the state of the community is changing, and there are also cold communities. Since  people are incomplete and helped by all, let’s appreciate each other!
